Prime Video released the first look photos of Anything’s Possible, a coming-of-age story with Billy Porter making his directorial debut.
The film stars Eva Reign (Sideways Smile), Abubakr Ali (Ghost, The Walking Dead: World Beyond), and Renee Elise Goldsberry (Hamilton). The story is written by Ximena Garcia Lecuona.
Here is the official synopsis:
Anything’s Possible is a delightfully modern Gen Z coming-of-age story that follows Kelsa, a confident high school girl who is trans, as she navigates through senior year. When her classmate Khal gets a crush on her, he musters up the courage to ask her out, despite the drama he knows it could cause. What transpires is a romance that showcases the joy, tenderness, and pain of young love.

This announcement is a great launch to Pride Month which begins today.
It is refreshing for Billy Porter to make his directorial debut with Anything’s Possible since it’ll be with a gay man at the helm. Not to mention, it stars Eva Reign, the former GLAAD ambassador, and LGBTQIA activist.
Slowly and surely, more romantic stories are coming out from this subgenre that humanizes romance across the rainbow spectrum.
