Following Thanos’ Lead, Deadpool Demands Your Silence

First, Thanos demanded our silence regarding spoilers for Avengers: Infinity War. Now, Deadpool himself has jumped in with a similar campaign. Ryan Reynolds took to his Twitter account to ask fans not to spoil the upcoming Deadpool 2, which hits theaters next Friday.

You can see the post below.

For those of you that find the post a bit difficult to read, here is what the letter says:

“To the greatest fans in the whole universe.

We have embarked on the “Deadpool 2: This Is Kind of Your Guys’ Fault” World Tour. Almost everyone involved in the film has given Maximum Effort the past two years, maintaining the highest level of super secrets, like how David Blaine catches bullets in his mouth. And the secret blend of 11 herbs and spices in Colonel Sanders’ delicious moustache.

Only a handful of people know the film’s true plot. One of them is not Ryan Reynolds. We’re asking that when you see Deadpool 2, you don’t say a f*****g word about the fun s**t in the movie. Cause it’d be super lame to spoil the fact that Deadpool dies in this one. Kidding. Not kidding. Kidding?”

This makes me wonder if something shocking happens during the film, or if it’s just Deadpool being Deadpool. Even though Ryan Reynolds has said he is unsure about any future Deadpool films, it is unlikely that Deadpool is going to die in the film, I mean the guy can regenerate from a single drop of blood right? The character is also primed to appear in the upcoming X-Force movie. With what went down in Avengers: Infinity War, Thanos’ demand for silence was truly warranted, so let’s all do our best to abide by Deadpool’s request.
