Frank Grillo is part of the newest thriller, Paradise Highway. A film that sadly brings awareness to what is happening in US highways with child trafficking.
The Synopsis
Academy Award® winners Juliette Binoche and Morgan Freeman lead this riveting thriller set in the trucking industry and its seamy underbelly of human trafficking. To save the life of her brother (Frank Grillo, “The Grey”), Sally (Juliette Binoche, “The English Patient”), a truck driver, reluctantly agrees to smuggle illicit cargo: a girl named Leila (Hala Finley, “Back Roads”). As Sally and Leila begin a danger-fraught journey across state lines, a dogged FBI operative (Morgan Freeman, “Driving Miss Daisy”) sets out on their trail, determined to do whatever it takes to terminate a human-trafficking operation — and bring Sally and Leila to safety.

Acting was not the original plan for Frank Grillo. His original dream was to be a professional athlete and found the joy of acting while in high school. Grillo graduated with a business degree from New York University. Commercials were his first gigs in entertainment. Today he is known for projects like Warrior, The Grey and The Purge: Anarchy among others. Including the Marvel Universe character Brock Rumlow in Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Endgame.
