Get Ready To Polka And Polka Hard! Weird: The Al Yankovic Story Teaser Trailer Hits

The teaser trailer for Weird: The Al Yankovic Story was released yesterday. Funny Or Die made a parody movie trailer with the same name eight years ago and now, I guess their dreams have finally come true. They will be producing the film along with Tango. Written by Weird Al himself along with Eric Appel, this film will stream on Roku this Fall.

Honestly, I didn’t know this movie was being made and that Daniel Radcliffe would be starring as Weird Al Yankovic. With one eyebrow raised, I had to watch this teaser and I was not disappointed. The teaser features “Like a Surgeon,” just like the old parody did. I can’t wait to find out what other Weird Al songs this movie will have. I have doubts that Yankovic can fit all his hits into the film, so I wonder which ones won’t make it?
