The Andor Teaser Trailer Is Finally Here!
Are you ready to rise up against the Empire? The Andor teaser debuted at Star Wars Celebration, then it hit the internet for us plebs, and now we’re sharing it with you. Yes, sharing it here, on your favorite entertainment news site!
The Andor trailer shows us a galaxy in the grips of a materials hungry Empire, and the beginning of people rising up to fight back. We get shots of what looks like a prison camp filled with laborers, and Mon Mothma rubbing elbows with the Imperial elite while plotting their demise. There is very little of the titular character, and that may have to do with us spending some time in his younger days. You can read more about that HERE. Disney also gives this description for the show:
“The Andor series will explore a new perspective from the Star Wars galaxy, focusing on Cassian Andor’s journey to discover the difference he can make. The series brings forward the tale of the burgeoning rebellion against the Empire and how people and planets became involved. It’s an era filled with danger, deception and intrigue where Cassian will embark on the path that is destined to turn him into a rebel hero.”
