First up, the gang reacts The Matrix Resurrections posters, US and International. Why is it that international posters are almost always better than the domestic ones? Anyway, is Morpheus a red pill or cosplaying as Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker?

Next up, we got a bunch of trailers, starting with Pixar’s Turning Red. We debate all possible meanings of the title and suggest alternates. The cutesie Teen Wolfish flick will drop March 2022. Paramount+ dropped an extremely short teaser for their upcoming Halo TV show. Who’s excited for it? Find out in the episode. Lastly, we got the last (?) trailer for Marvel’s Spider-Man: No Way Home. Danny’s not feeling the MCU Multiversal jaunt and Dr. Jammer tries to diagnose why.
News
Jonesy is disappointed by Marvel’s reaffirmation that T’Challa would not be recast in the MCU. Quite frankly, it’s bullshit and gang discusses the ramifications of what sounds like a short sighted decision.
From the Star Wars side of the house, we’ve learned two bits of news. The first is that Kathleen Kennedy has extended her presidency over Lucasfilm for another 3 years. This hits alongside the revelation that Patty Jenkins’ Rogue Squadron is delayed indefinitely, possibly due to creative differences.
Later in the show, everyone chooses one announcement from Disney Plus Day as their favorite upcoming Disney projects. Jonesy tries to guess Nick and Jammer’s.
