The Godzilla franchise has continued to be a constant in the states, and internationally, releasing 30+ films ranging from 1954 to the upcoming film, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, which is set to hit theaters in May. Above is the final trailer for the upcoming flick.
How might this film be any different than any of the others? Well, Godzilla will encounter a couple of the worst, and well-known, threats at the same time: Mothra, Rodan, and King Ghidorah! The film also brings in Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown as Madison Russell, Vera Farmiga (The Departed, Orphan) as Dr. Russell, and Bradley Whitford (Get Out, The West Wing) as Dr. Stanton.
Below is a plot synopsis for the upcoming film:
“The crypto-zoological agency Monarch faces off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah.”
