To be honest this is not the first time I’ve heard Han Solo rumored for Boba Fett. However this is the first time I have heard this Barside Buzz from someone I know to have some inside track at Lucasfilm. Reacting to various rumors about a Solo appearance in the show, BSL said this below.

I'm not sure actually. I was just told Han would appear but wasn't sure who.

Previous rumors I have heard had Harrison Ford marked down for an appearance. I really can’t see that and I’ll be surprised if it happens. Ford would need to be dramatically de-aged and and he’s never been up for small cameos in the past. It’s rumored Ford only agreed to be in Rise of the Skywalker because of Carries passing. When Ford agreed to come back for TFA it was on the understanding he’d be killed off and that was him done.

Could this be something as simple as a flashback to when Boba was with Solo? Honestly I think I simply just don’t want this to happen and perhaps that’s why I’m down on it. I guess I actually hope BSL is wrong this time, sorry buddy.

What is the actual connection between Han Solo and Fett? I don’t think there really is any personal vendetta between these tow. Solo was just another job for Fett, nothing personal. Solo is likely not a fan of the guy who tracked him to Bespin. However after that, really it was all Vader and Jabba. I have never understood fans who think that Solo and Fett’s futures are linked somehow. Equally, Solo is the one cameo of all possible cameos I would not want to see in The Book of Boba Fett, unless it’s a flashback.

I guess for now we will have to wait and see? Han Solo rumored for Boba Fett, but if it’s true I wish it wasn’t. Sound off below about this latest Barside Buzz.
