Back in June last year, Disney greenlit a Beauty and the Beast prequel and I was not enthused. While it will be starring Luke Evans and Josh Gad as Gaston and LeFou, I’m worried this series will not do well. The 2017 Beauty and the Beast had some major issues, but there were parts that I liked including Gaston and LeFou. Joining Evans and Gad in the cast of the Beauty and the Beast prequel is Fra Fee.
Fee is known for playing Kazi Kazimierczak in the Marvel series, Hawkeye and Courfeyrac in Les Miserables. He will be starring in the prequel series as Prince Benoit Berlioz, a childhood friend of Tilly (Briana Middleton), LeFou’s stepsister.
What The Prequel Is About
The prequel is set years before the Beast and Belle’s romance and follows Gaston and LeFou as they set off with Tilly, after a surprising revelation from her past surfaces, sending the unlikely trio on a journey filled with romance, comedy and adventure.
Maybe since Emma Watson will probably not be in the series, it might be good. Now, I don’t hate Watson’s acting, I just think the 2017 film should have cast someone else and… made some other changes.

What do you think of Fra Fee joining the Beauty and the Beast prequel series cast? Are you looking forward to watching the series?
