PlayStation’s Play at Home’s newest free download is Horizon: Zero Dawn Complete Edition (H:ZD). Play at Home has been keeping us entertained with the ability to download free games for a limited time during the pandemic since April 2020 and it’s so great the H:ZD has been added to the list. Also, Funimation stuff. That’s right, anime.
If you haven’t played H:ZD, now is a great time to try it out before Horizon: Forbidden West is released later this year, but there are rumors from multiple sources that Forbidden West has been delayed. This makes this writer incredibly sad.

The Horizon and Funimation Deal
The game will be free to download until May 14 at 8 PM PT. That means, even if you don’t have the time to play it right now, you can download the game and keep it indefinitely. There have been some great games Play at Home has made available for free. Sadly, the window for Ratchet & Clank’s free download closed on March 31. Play at Home does have an extended free trial of Funimation until April 22 so if you’re interested in a month of free anime, snatch it up before it’s gone. I recommend trying out Dr. STONE. We at LRM Online have a podcast, Anime-Versal Reviews, where we have reviewed Season 1 and are currently reviewing Season 2. Check it out HERE.
There’s no word on what the next game will be for Sony’s Play at Home list, but I’m looking forward to seeing what they have next.
What do you think will be the next game? Also, what will you watch on Funimation? Leave a comment below.
