‘House of the Dragon,’ has had a very impressive start. It has very strong storytelling with complex and interesting characters. The show has succeeded in establishing itself as a worthy successor to ‘Game of Thrones.’
The fourth episode, ‘King of the Narrow Sea,’ explores sex as expression of freedom and the power dynamics that accompany sex in a patriarchal society. It is not exploitative of gratuitous, but rather thoughtful and presented with equity.
