HBO’s Game of Thrones prequel, House of the Dragon, have added 2 new cast members to the series. Milly Alcock and Emily Carey will be the young versions of 2 characters who have already been cast. Alcock is known for her roles as Meg in Upright and Sam in Reckoning. Carey played the younger versions of Diana in Wonder Woman 2017 and Lara in Tomb Raider 2018.
Alcock And Carey’s Characters
Milly Alcock will star as the young Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen, the king’s first born. Emma D’Arcy was cast as the older version of Princess Rhaenyra. Emily Carey will star as the young Alicent Hightower, played by Olivia Cooke. D’Arcy and Cooke were cast in House of the Dragon late last year.

Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen:
The king’s first-born child. She is of pure Valyrian blood, and she is a dragonrider. Many would say that Rhaenyra was born with everything…but she was not born a man.
Alicent Hightower:
She’s the daughter of Otto Hightower, the Hand of the King, and the most comely woman in the Seven Kingdoms. She was raised in the Red Keep, close to the king and his innermost circle; she possesses both a courtly grace and a keen political acumen.
House of the Dragon is based on George R.R. Martin’s book, Fire and Blood. The series will be getting 10 episodes, although, there is no specific release date. House of the Dragon might be released in 2022.
