Hulu’s The Orville: New Horizons| Scott Grimes and J. Lee Interview [Exclusive]

Scott Grimes in The Orville: New Horizons

The Orville’s duo helmsman and navigator team of Gordon Malloy and John LaMarr, played by Scott Grimes and J. Lee respectively, ended with the start of season three of The Orville or rather The Orville: New Horizons.

It’s a good thing since John La Marr was promoted to chief engineer of the new and improved Orville for the new season.

The crew of The Orville returns with a new look, new bridge, new engineering room, new uniforms, and a new navigator. Of course, the series still maintains its loaded action and humor from the mind of Seth MacFarlane.

Most of the ensemble cast from the television series return, including MacFarlane, Adrianne Palicki, Penny Johnson Jerald, Peter Macon, Mark Jackson, Chad L. Coleman, and Jessica Szohr. Anne Winters plays the new character for the upcoming season as Ensign Charly Burke.

Here is the synopsis:

Seth MacFarlane’s epic space adventure series The Orville returns exclusively as a Hulu original series. Set 400 years in the future, The Orville: New Horizons finds the crew of the U.S.S. Orville continues their mission of exploration, as they navigate both the mysteries of the universe and the complexities of their own interpersonal relationships.
