India de Beaufort continues to bring us the female version of “Dan” played by John Larroquette in the second season of Night Court. However, in the recent episodes we have gotten to see her open up potential friendships in the courtroom. Are you excited to see this new phase?
They Synopsis
Court is back in session! When the perpetually sunny judge Abby Stone (Melissa Rauch, “The Big Bang Theory”) takes the night shift in her father’s (Harry Anderson, “Night Court” 1984-1992) “ old courtroom, she presides over some of New York’s most unique and unusual cases – with an oddball cast of characters by her side. This includes former night court District Attorney Dan FieIding (John Larroquette, “Night Court” 1984-1992), who now serves as the court’s public defender.
The British actress, India de Beaufort also shares an Indian background from the maternal side of her family. Around the age of seven she had a taste of acting when she participated in a Lulu music video and made an appearance during an episode of Next of Kin. At 15 she signed with Entertainment Rights and for the full singing and acting ride. She starred in the child sitcom The Basil Brush Show for three seasons and had a Christmas single, Boom Boom It’s Basil Brush. After Pegg’s Run Fatboy Run she has stuck to acting. Some of her recent projects include Kimi, It’s Pony Kamp Koral: SpongeBob’s Under Years, Slumberland, Firefly Lane and Dog People.

A couple of days ago I was connected with some of the cast of Night Court, including India de Beaufort. She discussed how her character as “Olivia” has developed with her feelings. In addition to some of the recent scenes she’s had while attending a funeral and getting to work more closely with John Larroquette.
