InterReflections Exclusive Trailer

InterReflections
InterReflections

InterReflections asks a lot of questions in this new sci-fi fantasy film.

In this narrative social commentary, the film looks back from the future in observations of the band of human existence that eventually destroys the planetary ecosystem. It is based on Peter Joseph’s acclaimed book titled, “The New Human Rights Movement.”

The movie stars Gregory Niebel (Cypher, Face to Face), Jore Aaron (Recon, Miss Rivers), Michael Marinaccio (The Rabbit Hole, Mind Blown), and Selin Uzal (Love for Rent, Soul of Canakkale). Peter Joseph wrote, directed, and produced the project.

Here’s the synopsis:

InterReflections is filmed based on Joseph’s book and by extension of his early life experience. It is about socioeconomic inequality. The film is not a documentary nor is it a linear encapsulation of observations or research. Additionally, it doesn’t follow a traditional narrative, ultimately taking a different, more experimental route. As such, this avant-garde film is structured as a series of vignettes, linked by three different narrative timelines in multiple genres. Its design is that of fantasy while utilizing extensive CGI special effects that are unprecedented for such an independent film.

The project’s conception is the first part of the trilogy. The core storyline involves a sci-fi, satirical depiction of the global revolution.

“We live in an era where, more than ever, self-interest must merge with social-interest if we expect to survive as a species,” stated director Peter Joseph. “My media work hopes to assist that end. Six years in the making, InterReflections is my most comprehensive and stylistically ambitious project to date. This educational film is designed as an artistic revelation while featuring critical realizations in social science.
