Anthony Mackie, aka, Cap, had an interesting interview recently. My question after watching it, is Anthony Mackie in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever? Now, let’s be clear, I’m speculating here based on some body language. If we go by the words Mackie says, then he’s not in, but he’s excited for it.
That was all she wrote when I first read coverage of this. The story would have been, ‘Wakanda Forever wraps filming says Anthony Mackie’. However I then took the time to actually watch the interview, which I suggest you do also, and now I’m intrigued.

The question begins with Mackie asked if he can talk about what he’s working on next? Mackie then describes how amazing Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is going to be and states that it’s wrapped now. He is asked directly if he is in the movie, and to me you see that look of, ‘oh shoot, I shouldn’t have said that should I?’ and after a pause, and a stutter, he says no he’s not in the film, but he’s been down and seen it etc.

I dunno about you, but to me it sounds like Mr. Mackie messed up here, and if he did, then Tom Holland is going to really rip him a new one. Given that Cap’s new suits is Wakandan designed, the Bucky connection, and the Wakandan involvement within FATWS, I could totally see this being a thing.
How involved Mackie’s Cap may be, who knows? But let’s be clear, Marvel stars don’t really nip down to set and watch filming taking place on a project they’re not involved with. The actor may deny, but in terms of is Anthony Mackie in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever? I kinda think he may well be, and it’s cool.
That’s my speculation, leave your own thoughts below.
