Thanks to Chick Fight we will get our boxing/MMA movie fix for the end of the year. It seems that 2020 has been a gut punch to everyone. No matter what we have done as a society, there has been something that has knocked us down. But if we learned anything from Rocky is that “It’s how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done” Well, now we will get to see what Anna Wyncomb played by Malin Akerman is able to take when life gives her a big hit.
Chick Fight follows Anna Wyncomb while she has to reevaluate her life when everything goes absolutely wrong. On a friends recommendation she will end up joining an underground fighting society to build her confidence and life back. What was supposed to be an outlet for frustration soon becomes competitive when she is confronted by a real MMA fighter played by Bella Thorne. That is when a hobby becomes a lifestyle and Anna enlist a trainer played by Alec Baldwin to train her how to fight.

This movie is something that I think a lot of people will need right now. A blend of comedy and action, Chick Fight, will allow us to escape the crazy reality we are living in right now.
Chick Fight stars Malin Akerman, Bella Thorne, Alec Baldwin, Dulcé Sloan, Kevin Connolly, Fortune Feimster, and Kevin Nash. The movie will be available in Theaters, on Digital and On Demand, November 13th.
