With a film that follows Amanda Waller’s Task Force X, also known as the Suicide Squad you know that there are going to be a lot of players involved. Some of them you expect to make it through the film, while others probably will not. So for James Gunn’ upcoming Suicide Squad reboot/sequel we have quite the group of actors and actresses coming together for his vision of these villains with no choice but to comply with Waller’s wishes.

According to Deadline, the latest addition to this cast is German actor, DJ and comedian Flula Borg. Currently, his role is being kept under wraps, but the rumor is that he is playing a love interest to one of the characters. He will be joining some returning cast members from David Ayers’ vision of the film which include Margot Robbie playing Harley Quinn, Viola Davis playing Amanda Waller, Jai Courtney playing Captain Boomerang, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag. Some of the new cast members include Idris Elba, David Dastmalchian and Daniela Melchior.

Most will probably remember Borg from his role as Peter Kramer in Pitch Perfect 2 as well as Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip. He has also done voice over work in Ferdinand and Ralph Breaks the Internet. Up next for the actor is the feature film Judy Small starring Haley Joel Osment and Alicia Silverstone. Also he is lending his voice to DreamWorks Animation’s upcoming Trolls World Tour next April 17th, 2020. Besides working on the films he has also released a single titled “Self Care Sunday” featuring the American comedic music group Ninja Sex Party, to Spotify.
