Jason Momoa gets some exciting news from DC bosses in a recent meeting. Is it Lobo, or Aquaman related?

As you will see when you watch the video below. Jason Momoa gets some exciting news from DC bosses in a recent meeting. Is it Lobo, or Aquaman related? Momoa then took to Instagram, which you can see linked to Twitter below through James Gunn. To say Momoa is excited would be a bit of an understatement, but what is he excited about? Check out the video first.

Of course Momoa is not for spilling secrets, but he’s pumped for this whatever it is. When it comes to rumors there have been plenty that Momoa will be recast in the new DCU as Lobo. Lobo is a character Momoa always wanted to play for DC before he was cast as Aquaman. However this could also be news that Aquaman will be a part of the new DCU and there are more movies planned. I’m sure either of these scenarios would get Momoa excited..

If I had to guess though, my guess is that Momoa is being recast as Lobo. One then wonders where Lobo will show up and I can’t help thinking about that Superman movie that James Gunn is writing.

Momoa still has Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom to come out. Though that doesn’t seem to be deterministic when it comes to whether there’s a future for that series or not in the new DCU. The truth is that until Gunn and Saffran decide to unveil their plan, we are all guessing wildly.

I actually liked Momoa as Aquaman, though I also admit the movie was bang average. At the same time I can’t say I’m a huge Lobo fan, some people love him, I guess I’m one of the few that could take him or leave him. That being said, it always depends on the story being told.

So, Jason Momoa gets exciting news from DC bosses. However is it Lobo or Aquaman related? Share your thoughts below as always.
