Jessica Jones isn’t the exactly the most responsible or socially graceful of characters. She’s essentially a functioning alcoholic with a short fuse, and she’s not one to think ahead beyond the two minutes it takes her to get from point A to point B, and that includes anything having to do with communicating with clients, her secretary Malcolm, or her best friend/sister Trish.

In a new teaser from Netflix, they poke fun at this aspect of the character, making a more lighthearted and fun little tease than we’ve had in the past. Check it out below:

In the video above, we learn a bit about Jessica Jones’ phone etiquette. First up is her inability to carry a conversation for two seconds before dropping everything for work. The second is the simple bad habit of not plugging in her damn phone. Even when she seems perfectly ready to have a conversation, it doesn’t take long for it to run out of batteries. Finally, we have the most likely detail of her phone etiquette: her just not picking it up at all.

As silly as this little tease was, I do kind of dig it. Sure, the character skews on the more serious side of things, but in really highlighting these more comedic habits, it does make her a bit more relatable and likable outside of all the darker stuff. So long as they’re able to intermix these social non-graces seamlessly into the more serious show, I think we’ll be golden.
