The next chapter in the John Wick franchise is ready to make its big-screen debut in the spring of 2023. John Wick: Chapter 4 will showcase what’s next for Keanu Reeves’ beloved action character. Lionsgate has released a new trailer for the film that you can check out down below!

John Wick: Chapter 4 is going to be an action-packed fourth film that franchises rarely ever reach. As we can see by the trailer, Wick is going to need to figure out a path to defeating The High Table where he will have to face off against Bill Skarsgard’s Marquis de Gramont in single combat. Also, we can see by the trailer the return of many of the franchise’s favorite characters.

The previous film John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum was the highest-grossing film in the franchise. It made $181 million globally. The sequel to the original made $171.5 million. Finally, the first film from 2014 made $88.7 million. Whether or not this next film could continue the upward trend is tricky due to the current theater box office trends.

John Wick (Keanu Reeves) uncovers a path to defeating The High Table. But before he can earn his freedom, Wick must face off against a new enemy with powerful alliances across the globe and forces that turn old friends into foes.

Along with Reeves and Skarsgard, the film stars Donnie Yen, Laurence Fishburne, Hiroyuki Sanada, Shamier Anderson, Lance Reddick, Rina Sawayama, Scott Adkins, and Ian McShane. It is directed by Chad Stahelski. Based on a screenplay by Shay Hatten and Michael Finch.

John Wick Chapter 4 will be released only in theaters & IMAX on March 24, 2023.
