More content from the set of Todd Phillip’s Joker film, as a video has surfaced showing a scene with Joaquin Phoenix running down the street with a piece of paper in pursuit of someone out of frame. I’m not exactly sure what is going on in the scene and it’s difficult to make out what Phoenix is saying.  The last part of the video shows Phoenix wearing a hoodie following the recently-cast Zazie Beets, who I will assume is the one he was chasing. Whether through official means, or outlets sneaking videos, we have seen much more content at this stage of production than most comic book films. While many fans asked why a Joker origin film was necessary, I think this is one of the more exciting DC projects in recent memory. Phoenix should nail the Joker, as he is known for losing himself in roles, and we all know what he is capable of as an actor.

Honestly, I am just happy to have a new Joker, nothing against Leto as an actor, but his version of the character never set right with me.
