There’s no way around it. No matter how shaky things have seemed for the DC Extended Universe; No matter how many questionable decisions and crumby theatrical cuts fans are asked to slog through; Justice League is a huge freakin’ deal. Like Marvel’s The Avengers, Justice League is going to be a hallmark moment for fans around the world. It’ll be the first time we get to see Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, The Flash, Cyborg, and Superman together on the big screen, united against a massive threat.
We’re now officially one step closer to the big day when Justice League arrives in theaters everywhere. It sounds like principal photography has officially wrapped for the ambitious WB/DC tentpole.
Jason Momoa (Aquaman) took to his Instagram to announce that filming in London has concluded, that the cast and crew were preparing for a huge wrap party, while he’s off to go work on another mysterious project.

“There’s to [sic] many people to thank for all their hard work,” Momoa wrote. “Tonight is our wrap party. I am so thankful for my cast and crew. I love you.“
This isn’t to say that filming is completely over, as The Hollywood Reporter has learned that director Zack Snyder and select other cast and crew are going to move on to a secret, remote location for some additional filming. It doesn’t sound like Momoa will be a part of that, as he says it’s time for him to “prepare for the north.” Make of that what you will. Is that a reference to Game of Thrones? Does it have something to do with his standalone Aquaman film? We shall see.
Regardless, it’s with pleasure that we bring this news to you. After a nearly six month shoot, Justice League is now moving onto the next phase of its production.
