Post D23 we have some copy from Katee Sackhoff and Pedro Pascal on The Mandalorian Season 3. The first teaser trailer was shared online finally and both Pascal and Sackhoff, among others from the cast and crew were at the event. Both Sackhoff and Pascal had some words for the press after the presentation.
Chatting with Variety, Sackhoff was asked if she knew how many seasons were planned for The Mandalorian?
“You know, I have been told, but we’ll just have to wait and see if that happens,” Sackhoff teased. “The good thing with Dave [Filoni] and Jon [Favreau] is that they’re constantly expanding this world, and I don’t think that Star Wars fans will be lacking for content any time soon.”

Speaking to Deadline, Sackhoff had a little fun about her co-star Grogu.
“[Grogu’s] such a diva. He’s such a diva. He’s got five guys that like have to…and some ladies that are constantly following him, making sure that like he’s okay, and it’s like where’s my team? You know like he’s just such a drama queen, but he is talented so we put up with it. I know. You have to do it. It’s his show. We’re all just in it.”

Meanwhile there was one word on Pedro Pascal’s mind when it comes to Mandalorian Season 3. I’ll let you work it out for yourself, when he speaks to Deadline below.
“I mean it’s epic, it’s definitely epic,” says Pascal. “And we’re going to get a lot of things that were introduced into the storytelling early in season 1, themes and ideas that you’ll remember once we get into [the] full fruition of Season 3, and it’s epic, epic…but I’m not lying, it is epic…the amount of times I say ‘epic’ gives everything away, okay?”

Epic interview Pedro. Interesting that Pascal talks abut threads from Season 1 coming back. The only thing I can think of is what the Empire were really needing Grogu or. However that’s been a through-line of both seasons so far, so perhaps I’m wrong?
