A couple of months ago, actor and comedian Kevin Hart suffered a car accident. While he survived, he did face a substantial amount of rehab, and for the most part, he stayed out of the public eye. He understandably kept to himself in this trying time, and only recently was he seen around in public. 

Now, Hart himself has released a new video showing him going through the rehabilitation process, including his workout and physical therapy, along with some of the scars of his injury. Check out the video below!

Call me squeamish, but seeing the scar along his back getting massaged is enough to make me cringe, and I can only imagine the pain he went through during the rehab process. But, from the sound of it, Hart has come out on top with a fresh perspective on life.
