Set in a city that is literally falling apart with anyone and everyone relocating if they can, it attracts exactly the wrong kinds of people, namely serial killers. This procedural explores the lives of the cops who stick it out to try and solve these crimes as well as the eclectic and numerous serial killers who are attracted to the chaos and entropy in the city of Colonia as it collapses. Sharp dialogue, impactful art and moody colors make this a must-read.
