All the latest Barside Buzz rumors around Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Avengers: Doomsday and Secret Wars so let’s get started. First off I will say though I’ve been avoiding Doomsday rumors recently due to, in my opinion, actual plot leaks dropping. However, Cryptic HD who is one of the most reliable insiders currently recently did a Q&A and there’s nothing too spoilery in here with regards to Doomsday, so I’ll drop a few nuggets.

A lot of Doomsday will take place in the Fantastic Four Universe and they have no idea how big of a role Sadie Sink will have in Secret Wars, but she’s in it. No alt Jean Grey’s appear that they know of. Has not heard anything about rumors Ghost Rider will show up in Doomsday or Secret Wars.
Reed and Doom have a history in Doomsday but unsure how deep that goes. Seems highly likely Peter [Parker] will get the symbiote in Secret Wars based on things they are seeing. They also would not say whether Wanda returns or whether Liz Olsen is in either film, with possibly a vague hint that she is in one of them.
Does not think we will see Steve Rogers with suits and shield in these movies, he primarily uses Thor’s hammer in Doomsday. Other characters from Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man Universe could appear in Doomsday (more on that further down).
There’s a little more than that, but these were the main takeaways where there was actual information.

Secondly today we also have some information Daniel RPK on his Patreon.
Let’s start with Doomsday,
Daniel claims that in Doomsday, Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man villains are fighting Magneto whilst he is fighting Deadpool and Wolverine. We’ve long heard this is the start of the movie, but the Magento context is new information.
Finally today we have another rumor from Daniel, this time for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Daniel claims that Shocker is also a villain in Brand New Day and has not been seen yet. Perhaps adding to this, Cryptic HD recently hinted that Peter uses shockers weapons when fighting Hulk in the film. So add both rumors together and perhaps it’s a clue both are correct? No word on whether Bokeem Woodbine is returning to play the role in this one, but it seems likely.
