Leaked Details Of Xbox Series X Reveals For May? | LRM’s Barside Buzz

Rumored Details Of Xbox Series X Reveals For May have appeared online. Read on for more details of what Xbox could be planning in the next Month.

Xbox has been leading the way over PlayStation with revealing next-gen information so far. It is quite apparent that Xbox is extremely confident in the options being presented to consumers in this next generation. So a new rumor has surfaced, claiming to have leaked details of exactly what comes next for Xbox reveals.

According to Windows Central, Xbox is planning a showcase for May/June. Presumably, this showcase is in place of the canceled E3 2020 show. The outlet claims that they have a basic rundown of what will be covered in this May event. First up, on the hardware side, the often rumored Xbox Lockhart.

The Lockhart is the supposed codename for an entry-level next-gen Xbox console. When it comes to raw power, the Xbox Series X outpaces the PS5 by quite some distance. However, the SeX is also expected to be slightly more expensive than the PS5. It’s been rumored for some time that Xbox would also produce a cheaper version. Lockhart is expected to launch with some of the bells and whistles stripped out to keep the price down.

I think it was a smart move to introduce the more powerful version first. Microsoft knows the narrative is now controlled by them in terms of the console brand power war. Having a cheaper version makes a lot of sense, because not everyone can take advantage of certain aspects such as 4K. I am definitely getting the Series X for myself, but I would consider the cheaper model for my son at Xmas, as his TV does not support 4K. Of course, it depends just on what has been reduced from this cheaper version.

The outlet also thinks Microsoft is about to reveal a major upgrade to their standard Xbox Stereo Headset. The current official Xbox Stereo Headset is wired, and the rumors say it’s about to go wireless for the first time. Rumor is that this headset will also be compatible with other devices such as Windows. The outlet does not think this will be competing in the high-end headset market, but remain an entry-level option for gamers.

Details Of Xbox Series X Reveals For May

The report does not end there though. according to the outlet, Xbox will also be showcasing Halo: Infinite, the 6th game in the main Halo franchise. Halo: Infinite is a launch title for Xbox Series X and also probably Xbox’s biggest franchise. Fans are very eager to see some gameplay from Halo: Infinite, which must be nearing a completed state at this point.

Another game rumored to be getting a reveal in this showcase is Fable 4. Now, that name is being used as a placeholder, because no one is sure whether it really will be Fable 4. Some reports suggest whilst a Fable game is coming, it could be a complete reboot of the series, rather than a continuation.

This is all speculation until Xbox announce anything official, however, the outlet seems to have a good record previously. I am excited to finally see Halo: Infinite in action. I’ve always been a fan of this series, but I did not care for Halo 5 all that much. I hope the series goes in a different direction this time around.
