Things are going to change up a bit on The CW in the coming weeks. If you were getting into what Supergirl had to offer, you’ll have to wait a bit longer until you get your fill, because, Legends of Tomorrow is set to take over its Monday night slot. That’s right. The episode you saw last week wasn’t just another episode, but it almost acted as a midseason finale.
With Black Lightning taking over Legends of Tomorrow‘s slot, Legends needed a place to go, and rather than crowd Friday, The CW is opting to rotate their shows for the time being. Luckily, Legends is going in with fan-favorite character John Constantine joining the fun, and will air nine weeks straight starting tonight.

But what about Supergirl? Following Legends of Tomorrow‘s season finale on April 9, then, starting on April 16, Supergirl will air for 10 weeks straight through June. The downside here is that those who love Supergirl won’t get to see anything for a couple more months, but the upside here is there won’t be any hiatuses between episodes after this point. no more breaks of any sort, which is nice.
If you’re worried about what this means for the other DC CW shows, don’t, as it sounds like The Flash, Black Lightning, and Arrow will all be retaining their slots for the remainder of the season.
