Check it out LRM readers I won’t have to type Star Wars at all throughout this entire article, ok except for that time. This article is not about a galaxy far, far away, but about a world far out west, Westworld. According to Deadline, the other superb HBO series has added a new cast member in Lena Waithe. Most folks probably know her as Aech, the best friend of Parzival in Ready Player One. Though she is also an Emmy winner for the lone episode she wrote for the series Master of None.

It was’t clarified to waht extent Waithe will be on the show, whether she will become a regular or just appear in an episode or two. Waithe joins Breaking Bad alum Aaron Paul as the new cast members for the upcoming third season of Westworld, which is said to air sometime in 2020, and if so would keep in line with a season of the show airing every two years.

While Game of Thrones rules all in my book, I also think incredibly high of Westworld. I find the blending of the Western and Science Fiction genres to be brilliant, as well as the writing, and just about every other aspect of the show. It’s shaping up that the hosts are going to be on the loose, as in freely walking around the real world for Season 3 and that to me is a very interesting premise.
