With the vaccination campaign underway, Little Dume’s new single “Human” was used for Global Citizen’s #VAXBECAUSE social media campaign.
The rock band from Malibu played plenty of local gigs before landing this high-profile campaign. The song featured ahead of the VAX LIVE: A Concert to Reunite the World over the past weekend with performances by Jennifer Lopez, Eddie Vedder, Foo Fighters, J Balvin, and H.E.R.
The concert was hosted by Selena Gomez in the pre-taped event with a live audience of vaccinated health care workers at the Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles. Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex served as campaign chairs of VAX LIVE and delivered a global message for vaccine equity during the event. There were also other appearances by President Joe Biden, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Ben Affleck, Chrissy Teigen, and Sean Penn.
Also, the song was featured on the Global Citizen #VAXBECAUSE Augmented Reality (AR) filter on Instagram.
