It is starting to look like Henry Cavill is back as Superman in the DCEU. Rumors have Cavill appearing in Black Adam, The Flash, and potentially getting his own solo movie to boot. So let’s go through all the rumors and evidence shall we?
Let’s begin with the rumors that the first time we see Cavil in the suit again, is the upcoming Black Adam post-credit scene. We’ll start with the Barside Buzz from MTTSH.
Out of the smoke and shadows you see a figure wearing a cape fly down, it's Cavill and he tells Adam it’s been a while since someone’s made the world this nervous and they should talk.

Cavill in Black Adam was a recent development so if anyone is claiming this was in the works since 2020-2021 they're lying.

Now MTTSH has also claimed Cavill has now been added to the end of The Flash.
Keaton is still the new Batman for the DCEU at the end of The Flash. The only change they made was adding Cavill

Additionally, this does not mean Cavill is replacing Sasha Calle. Calle will still be Supergirl in the DCEU.

Now let’s talk solo movie. As you can see it is rumored that Cavill wants Geoff Johns involved.

Finally, if all that insider Barside Buzz isn’t enough for you, I saved the best for last.
During an interview with Jakes Takes, Black Adam star Dwayne Johnson was asked about a potential showdown between Adam and Superman. The actor responded by saying he,
“always listens to the fans,” and that they created Black Adam to “be the most powerful and unstoppable force on this planet – but he most powerful and unstoppable force in the entire universe has been on the sidelines for too long.”
That to me seems like a clear hint at Superman. The rumors are that Johnson has been instrumental in getting WB/D to work on getting Cavill back in the game.
