Lucifer Will Be At San Diego Comic Con… Somehow

With San Diego Comic Con about a month away now, we are starting to get announcements of who will and will not be there. One show that has always been at SDCC since it’s inception is now Netflix’s Lucifer, which is based on the DC Vertigo comic book. It screened it’s premiere episode there back in 2015. But the show was in big trouble when it was cancelled by FOX, then quickly picked up again by Netflix. So with this happening so close to SDCC would Lucifer miss out on the show?

Not if showrunner and executive producer Ildy Modrovich can help it. She told one of her Twitter followers that the Warner Bros. TV series would be at SDCC. Deadline is hearing early speculation about how exactly this will happen. Some ideas include the cast and executive producers invading another panel, an off-site press event or appearance a the WBTV booth.

Lucifer‘s Season 4 will be shot in Los Angeles. The rumors are that the writers room for the series opens June 25th. It would be great if they can put together something to thank the fans for their support when the show was cancelled by FOX.
