Mark Hamill means almost as much to the Star Wars franchise as George Lucas. He is the first hero in the series, and likely still the most popular. After the original trilogy, Hamill has gone on to have one of the most prominent voice acting careers in the last 40 years. Most notably, the voice of the Joker in the DC animated world.
Not surprisingly, Hamill’s voice has stuck around a galaxy far, far away. The actor revealed he has had a voice part in all Star Wars films, except the prequels. Check out the tweet below.
Now that @themandalorian secret is out-might as well reveal I am vocally represented in ALL SW films except the Prequels. Thanks to @matthewood for using me in Rogue One, Solo & the Sequels, so I DO have lines in #EpVII. Hint: Look for parts played by Patrick Williams.#TrueStory https://t.co/kRQlo7uub8

Hamill is, or at least from what I can tell, just a fantastic all-around guy. These are the types of things Disney should be doing to honor the original trio and Chewie. I personally feel the Mouse didn’t treat the icons of the franchise very well and could have done more in that aspect. From interviews, it seems Hamill may have similar feelings, though I am in no way trying to put words in his mouth.
