Some Disney+ show hype as Marvel Exec Brad Winderbaum says Nova is in early development, plus praises both Wonder Man and Ironheart. Winderbuam is Marvel’s head of TV so it’s no wonder he’s all about the TV series. Yet, at the same time there has been a lot of bang average Marvel TV series so far.

Let’ start with Nova, a project rumored for quote some time by insiders and yet, nothing. Speaking to ComicBook‘s Phase Zero podcast, Winderbuam conforms for the first time it is something they are developing. However, that does not mean Nova is definitely happening folks. This is something that may happen, or may never get past a certain stage.

“We are in really early development on Nova. We have a new system behind the scenes at Marvel Studios, we’re developing more like a traditional studio now. We’re developing more than we’ll actually produce. There are plans to develop Nova. I love Nova too, I love Rich Rider too, I hope it gets to the screen. But the world is chaos, there’s always things. It’s hard to make anything, you gotta conjure these things to make them happen. But I would to see a Nova show.”

I have to say, much as this is the first time anyone has said Nova is in development, he said early. Yet, this has been in ‘early’ development for a long time folks. In other words, don’t bet the mortgage on this one definitely happening.

Next up Winderbaum also spoke about Wonder Man and Ironheart heaping praise on them. Ironheart had fans worried as it was finished principal quite some time ago and yet no release date. Wonder Man had just started filming prior to the strikes and was said to be getting reworked slightly.

“We’re editing both of those as we speak. They’re spectacular. We’re able to explore corners of the universe that are really exciting. Riri Williams is one of them and I cannot wait for people to meet Simon Williams”

No relation folks, or at least, not in the comics. I guess we’ll see on both fronts. Neither are characters I am familiar with or I was ever desperate to see brought into the MCU. Ironheart didn’t even exists when I was a kid reading comics. However, as always, I’ll hope both are good shows.

Let me know what you think of his comments as Marvel Exec Brad Winderbaum says Nova is in early development, plus praises both Wonder Man and Ironheart? As always, leave any thoughts below.
