Marvel Once Considered The Abomination to Return in ‘Avengers 2’

At least it was the thought that counts.

In an interview with actor Tim Roth during Crave Online’s “Selma” interview, Roth reminiscences about playing The Abomination in the 2008’s “The Incredible Hulk.” (The one with Edward Norton as The Hulk.)

Roth did reveal Marvel had certain considerations on bring back The Abomination.

“They were going to do it. They did do that. They were thinking, in The Avengers 2 or something. There was a movie we could do that at one point, but way back when. It just kind of got swept under the carpet I guess. That would be hilarious.”

Hilarious? Nah, it would be freaking cool.
