Moon Knight is one of the Marvel properties I’m most looking forward to finding out more about. I’m especially keen to see how they pull this one off successfully whilst maintaining the PG-13 rating that all Disney+ shows must fall within.
Today’s rumor comes from Daniel Richtman who has a pretty solid hit rate on Marvel news. He says that filming is set to begin on the Moon Knight show this August, check it out.
Looks like Moon Knight will start shooting in August.

Simple, but effective. Kevin Feige did say in the past that all the Disney+ shows (currently announced) would begin filming in 2020, so this fits with Feige’s plans. The next big news from this show will be finding out who gets to play Marc Spector himself, Recent rumors from Full Circle Cinema pointed towards Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, but since then we have heard nothing more. as for Richtman himself, he say’s that he expects the announcement to made at this years SDCC in the summer, but doesn’t rule out sooner.
My guess is we'll hear about casting for Moon Knight at SDCC. But won't be shocked if we'll get it sooner.

Radcliffe isn’t the only star that’s been rumored for this role even if he is the most recent, for some time it looked like Marvel were chasing former Spider-Man actor Andrew Garfield, though that seems to have gone cold more recently. Whoever gets the part I do think there is quite the challenging role for some lucky actor. Spector’s mental health issues alone should mark him as a different nut to crack than most MCU heroes.
