A new collection of Marvel Barside Buzz! Today, Beau Willimon (Andor) in talks with Marvel, a Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer update and the Young Avengers role in Doomsday. We begin with a new rumor from MTTSH, who claims that Andor co-writer Beau Willimon is in talks to work with Marvel studios. Willimon was recently revealed as the writer for WB’s Game of Thrones film about Aegon’s Conquest. As a Hollywood writer, Willimon’s stock is high right now.

Whether anything comes of this and they find a project they want to make that Willimon is also interested in, who knows?

Second up today is an update to the rumor we shared in the related section below. Namely, when to expect the trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day? The rumor was that there were two choices, one with Project Hail Mary which is next week. The other, at CinemaCon a little later. Well, the scooper community all seems to be abuzz that the decision has been made. It’s supposedly coming with Project Hail Mary which releases on March 20th.

I do warn that initially the reported plan is for theatres only and then drop online a week later. That however, means it’s likely we will get another leaked trailer before the official release. I guess we will find out in eight days time.

Finally, today we have a rumor about what to expect from the Young Avengers who apparently show up in Avengers: Doomsday.

Does this suggest they end up in the ‘life raft’, like some characters did in the Secret Wars comic? I guess we will have to see.
