The Marvel Zombies trailer has been released and this one is definitely not for younger kids, it’s very gory. Marvel Zombies is rated TV-MA, however a lot of kids may just see Marvel and click play. However, in my opinion that’s a parents responsibility to have the parental controls set up to prevent this. I’m just pointing it out, not criticising.
We did have a less violent version of the ‘Marvel Zombies’ story in What If?… However, I’m not sure if this series will actually connect to those stories or not?
There are a lot of cool character teases in this trailer. With some heroes appearing, like Blade that have not made their MCU debut. It’s also interesting to see which characters end up as Zombies and which ones don’t.
I’m not a big fan of zombie films, or stories in general. But in a universe as fantastical as the Marvel one, and this being an alt-world story, I can accept them as just a bit of fun.
