Creed series is one of the best sports drama franchises right now in cinema. And for the next opponent, the bout between Michael B. Jordan and Jonathan Majors will certainly be something to watch on the big screen.

Here is the official synopsis:

After dominating the boxing world, Adonis Creed (Michael B. Jordan) has been thriving in both his career and family life. When a childhood friend and former boxing prodigy, Damian (Jonathan Majors), resurfaces after serving a long sentence in prison, he is eager to prove that he deserves his shot in the ring. The face off between former friends is more than just a fight. To settle the score, Adonis must put his future on the line to battle Damian—a fighter who has nothing to lose.

The cast also includes Tessa Thompson, Wood Harris, Mila Davis-Kent, Florian Munteanu, and Phylicia Rashad. Michael B. Jordan makes his directorial debut from the screenplay written by Ryan Coogler, Keenan Coogler, and Zach Baylin.

If you missed the trailer earlier, click here to check out the next dramatic installment of the boxing series. No doubt that Jonathan Majors is already a powerhouse actor, but he is readily transforming into that athletic build. Most recently, he transformed into a massive bodybuilder in Magazine Dreams, leaving him unrecognizable, and the Sundance critics raved over his dramatic performance. A film like CREED III is very similar as he will make only a few adjustments and possibly be the town’s talk after its release.

CREED III opens in theaters nationwide and on IMAX on March 3.
