I spoke to producer and director of American Pie Presents: Girls’ Rules, Mike Elliott via Zoom and he shared his experience watching the original American Pie. We discussed how times have changed and some of the events from the earlier films would not be able to be applied today. The changes made during the drafting and filming of this film and if there was any discomfort directing girls during certain scenes.
