Comedian Louis C.K. is back in the news again, and it’s not getting any better for him. If you remember the comedian admitted to performing some vile acts in front of colleagues. Since then he was kept himself out of the spotlight excluding a quiet comedy performance a couple of months ago.
According to Deadline, audio has been leaked from a show the comedian reportedly performed on December 16, and the internet as a whole are none too happy with the subject matter. The set had jokes from everything from gender identity and pronouns to taking shots at the Parkland school shooting, you can check out an excerpt from the audio below and you can listen to the full audio here
“They testify in front of Congress, these kids?! Like, what the f–k? What are you doing? You’re young, you should be crazy. You should be unhinged. Not in a suit saying, ‘I’m here to tell you…’ F–k you. That’s not interesting. Because you went to a high school where kids got shot? Why does that mean I gotta listen to you? Why does that make you interesting? You didn’t get shot. You pushed some fat kid in the way and now I gotta listen to you talk?”

The old Louis C.K probably could have gotten away with this material, but not now. Comedy should know no bounds, and because of this people are going to be offended from time to time. No, Louis C.K.’s jokes weren’t the most tasteful ever told, and to me they weren’t funny. If you’re going to be offensive, at least make the joke work.
