Ms. Marvel may not feel as tangible as WandaVision (airing now), Falcon and the Winter Solider (May 8th), and Loki (May), but it is also on the way.
THR reports that relative newcomer Laurel Marsden has been cast in Ms. Marvel as Zoe Zimmer. Marsden’s only other major-ish project was a “show” Survive on Quibi, also starring Game of Thrones‘ Sophie Turner.
Ms. Marvel is the tale of teenage hero Kamala Khan – played by Iman Vellani – who gains powers no unlike her hero Captain Marvel. Like Monica Rambeau from WandaVision, Kamala Khan will continue her arc into Captain Marvel 2.

With Spider-Man’s rights always questionable, and Peter Parker appearing as an adult in the comics, Khan always felt like the answer to his absence, a highschooler juggling class, crime fighting, and her Muslim upbringing.
Zoe Zimmer is basically Kahn’s Flash Thompson. Sometimes she can be the teenager’s bully, but other times, a friend.
Though there is no release date for Ms. Marvel, it is expected to bow late 2021. Following not only the Disney+ shows I already mentioned, but What If… and Hawkeye as well.
