War movies, typically characterized by a large cast and extensive special effects, are a cinematic feat. However, murder Company, a compelling World War II story, took a unique approach and achieved its mission on an independent budget, a testament to the originality of filmmaker Shane Dax Taylor.
The film stars William Moseley (The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Friend Request), Pooch Hall (The Game, Hood of Horror), Gilles Marini (Sex and the City, Brothers & Sisters), Joe Anderson (Across the Universe, The Crazies), and Kelsey Grammer (Cheers, Frasier). Taylor directed the film from a story written by Jesse Mittelstadt.
Here is the official synopsis:
In the midst of the D-Day invasion, a group of US soldiers is given orders to smuggle a member of the French resistance behind enemy lines to assassinate a high-value Nazi target.
