Producer Jason Blum’s new production company has been making an impact since producing Get Out in 2017. Since then, multiple television and film projects are now carrying the Blumhouse Productions banner. This far, 2018 will have a total of 23 projects hitting television and film screens, including the David Gordon Green/Danny McBride treatment of Halloween, Spike Lee’s BlacKkKlansman and the television adaptation of the Gilliam Flynn Sharp Objects.

Joining that list of Blumhouse Productions is the horror series Cul-de-Sac, the latest project to be picked up by NBC. The serialized drama will tell the story of three families living in a suburban cul-de-sac. Things are fine until the families start experiencing terrifying events. Eventually, they come to realize that something sinister is invading their lives.
