The Irrational follows world-renowned professor of behaviorial science Alec Mercer (Jesse L. Martin) as he lends his unique expertise to high-stakes cases and mysteries. LRM Online’s Gig Patta spoke with actor Max Lloyd-Jones about being the newest cast member of the series, his character, the background, and his love of psychology.
Max Lloyd-Jones started his career as a child actor in the 2005 film The Sandlot 2 as David Durango. He made television appearances over the years in many series, including Teen Wolf, iZombie, Scream: The TV Series, Once Upon a Time, and Reign. In 2017, he played Blue Eyes in the War for the Planet of the Apes. He also appeared as Lieutenant Reed in The Book of Boba Fett and The Mandalorian.
The Irrational is on NBC (10-11 p.m. ET/PT).
