Neil Patrick Harris Enters The Matrix…4

Ladies and gents, we have another actor entering the Matrix, and this time, it comes in the form of none other than one Neil Patrick Harris of Harold and Kumar and How I Met Your Mother fame (among many other things, of course). According to a new report from THR, the actor is in talks to join the upcoming sequel, meaning he would be joining Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss, and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II.

Spearheading this project is Lana Wachowski, one of the co-creators and co-directors of the original Matrix films, which were made with her sibling Lilly Wachowski, who is apparently sitting this movie out, for some reason.

So far, the plot for The Matrix 4 is being kept under wraps, as such, we really don’t know the circumstances of the returning characters and the new ones. As such, we really don’t know who Harris will be playing, but one can certainly see him playing an agent of sorts…if that’s still a thing in this franchise.
