Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina premiered on the streaming service exactly two years ago. The American supernatural horror television series based on the Archie comic book series has featured three parts and is now ready to wrap it up.

While 2020 has been a year to forget, Netflix will debut the fourth and final part of the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina on December 31st, 2020. Kiernan Shipka’s Sabrina Spellman will return one more time to take on more terrors this New Years’ Eve. You can check out the first teaser trailer released today down below!

Here is the synopsis for the series provided by Netflix:

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina re-imagines the origin and adventures of Sabrina the Teenage Witch as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult and, of course, witchcraft. Over the course of Part 4’s eight episodes, The Eldritch Terrors will descend upon Greendale. The coven must fight each terrifying threat one-by-one (The Weird, The Returned, The Darkness to name a few), all leading up to…The Void, which is the End of All Things. As the witches wage war, with the help of The Fright Club, Nick begins to slowly earn his way back into Sabrina’s heart, but will it be too late?

The showrunner for the series is Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, who also serves as chief creative officer of Archie Comics. Aguirre-Sacasa executive produces alongside Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Archie Comics CEO Jon Goldwater, and Lee Toland Krieger. Its produced by Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.

Joining Shipka on the cast are Miranda Otto, Ross Lynch, Lucy Davis, Chance Perdomo, Michelle Gomez, Jaz Sinclair, Lachlan Watson, Gavin Leatherwood, Tati Gabrielle, Adeline Rudolph, Abigail Cowen, Richard Coyle.

From its initial season, this series surprised me with how dark it was. Strangely enough, my least favorite part of the series is Shipka’s character. Not saying she’s not doing a great job in the role. Just don’t like her attitude, but that’s who she is. I look forward to seeing how they wrap this all up, while we also wrap up 2020.
