The unexpected emergency landing of the U.S. Airways plane on the Hudson River is one of those stories you knew was destined for the big screen. The “Miracle on the Hudson” incident, as it is called, was a result of such an odd series of circumstances that it seemed like a good fit. What’s more, it’s a film that ultimately had director Clint Eastwood at the helm and Tom Hanks as the lead. It’s a perfect recipe for greatness.

In celebration of the film, IMAX released an exclusive poster via their Twitter account.

Check it out below!

It’s a great poster that seems to perfectly show off what I believe the tone will be, and gets me even more pumped for the film, which seems to be in the vein of Robert Zemeckis’ 2012 film FLIGHT. If you’ve yet to see the trailer for it, I highly recommend checking it out below!

SULLY hits theaters on September 9, 2016.
