The upcoming release from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Justice Society: World War II, has our modern-day Flash once again doing what he seems to do best, running too fast and time traveling. In this film, we find a pre-Justice League Flash discovering that he can run faster than he could have ever imagined. So fast that he has his first encounter with the Speed Force. This takes him back in time in the middle of the battle between the Nazis and The Justice Society of America.
This classic team of Golden Age DC Super Heroes is led by Wonder Woman. It also includes Black Canary, Hour Man, Hawkman, Steve Trevor, and Jay Garrick, the Golden Age Flash. Being a superhero he quickly volunteers to help the Justice Society of America to try and tip the balance in their favor against their enemies. All while still trying to figure out how the heck to send him back to his time.

Who doesn’t like a film where our superheroes are beating down the Nazis? Warner Bros. Animation and DC usually do a good job with their animated features. What is a little different for me in this film is their artistic choice. It looks like it’s similar to what we have already seen from them in Superman: Man of Tomorrow. Obviously trying to be different than the other lines of films that they had released in the past.
